Terms and Conditions — Airon Play Online Betting Platform

1 Definitions

As used throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret the rest of this document accurately.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on Airon Play, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of the platform.
• You are a natural person — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity — acting for yourself personally.
• You are legally permitted under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction to participate in online gaming activities.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or similar programme maintained by Airon Play or any associated gaming authority.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited under local law. It is your personal responsibility to verify this before registering.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or sharing your account with, any other person, including a family member or friend.

Airon Play reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately.

3 Account Registration

When creating an Airon Play account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process.

• One account only: Each individual may hold only one Airon Play account. Creating multiple accounts — including under different names or email addresses — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: All details provided during registration must be truthful. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate termination.
• Account security: You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including Airon Play staff — our team will never ask for your password.
• Notification of changes: If any of your registered details change — particularly your contact information or payment method details — you must update your account promptly through the account settings section.
• Account transferability: Airon Play accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account to another person.

4 Deposits

Airon Play accepts deposits exclusively through supported Philippine payment channels. All funds deposited into your Airon Play account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in funds being returned and the account being suspended.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Supported methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Processing time: GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to one banking day to reflect in your Airon Play balance depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Currency: All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). No foreign currency deposits are accepted.
• Deposit limits: Airon Play may apply default or custom deposit limits to your account as part of responsible gaming measures. You may also set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Declined deposits: If a deposit is declined by your bank or e-wallet provider, please contact your payment provider directly. Airon Play cannot force a transaction through once it has been declined at source.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your Airon Play account are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification: Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and bet, but withdrawals will be held until verification is completed.
• Same-method rule: Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used to fund the account, up to the total amount deposited via that method. Excess winnings may be withdrawn to a verified alternative method.
• Processing time: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of the request being approved. Bank transfers may take 1–3 banking days.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction.
• Wagering requirements: If bonus funds have been credited to your account, a wagering requirement must be met before the bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement will be stated in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is awarded.
• Withdrawal review: Airon Play may place a withdrawal request under manual review as part of fraud prevention or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks. During this review period, the withdrawal will be temporarily held. You will be notified by email if this occurs.

6 Placing Bets

All bets placed on Airon Play are subject to the following rules. These apply across all product categories including sports betting, Sabong, Tongits, and any other game or event available on the platform.

• Confirmation is final: Once you confirm a bet on Airon Play, it is binding. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn after confirmation — regardless of changes in circumstances.
• Sufficient balance required: You must have sufficient cleared funds in your Airon Play account to cover the full stake of any bet you place. Bets placed on insufficient funds will be rejected by the system.
• Minimum bet: ₱20 per bet across all markets unless otherwise stated on the specific market.
• Maximum bet: Maximum bet limits apply per market and event. These limits are displayed on the bet slip when you select a market. Airon Play reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for any user without prior notice, particularly where irregular betting patterns are detected.
• Obvious errors: If a market is published with an obviously incorrect price — such as a clerical error resulting in odds that do not reflect the true market — Airon Play reserves the right to void bets placed at that erroneous price. You will be notified and your stake returned.
• Bet placement responsibility: You are fully responsible for the accuracy of each bet you place. Airon Play is not liable for bets placed by mistake, including wrong selection, wrong stake amount, or misreading of odds.

7 Bet Settlement

Bet settlement on Airon Play is based on the official result of each event as determined by the relevant governing body, tournament organiser, or — in the case of Sabong — the official referee's declaration at the cockpit. The following rules apply:

• Official results only: Airon Play settles bets based on the final official result, including any post-event result amendments made by the sanctioning body within 24 hours of the event. Results from unofficial sources are not used for settlement.
• Voided events: If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or declared void before completion, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Settlement timing: Winning bets are credited to your Airon Play account automatically, typically within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed. Sabong bets are settled immediately after the Sentensyador's declaration is shown in the live stream.
• Dispute window: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with Airon Play support within 72 hours of the settlement. Disputes raised after this window will not be reviewed.
• Airon Play decision: In the event of a genuine dispute regarding a settlement, Airon Play's decision — after reviewing the official result and any relevant evidence — is final and binding.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, Airon Play may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional rewards to users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your Airon Play account at the operator's discretion and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a confirmed promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Airon Play reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if it believes the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, abuse, or multi-accounting.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, device, or IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus terms may change at any time. Users who have an active bonus at the time of a change will be subject to the terms that applied when the bonus was issued.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Airon Play. Any user found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, their balance may be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial assistance to place bets or access the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players, match officials, athletes, or anyone with access to non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets.
• Exploiting system errors, technical glitches, or pricing mistakes to place bets at incorrectly published odds that do not reflect the true market.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160 and its amendments).
• Allowing or facilitating another person — including a minor — to use your Airon Play account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct in relation to your account or any bet placed on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit made to Airon Play through your bank or e-wallet provider without first raising the matter with Airon Play support.

10 KYC and Identity Verification

Airon Play is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. This process exists to protect users from fraud and to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. The verification process may be triggered at any time, particularly before processing significant withdrawal requests.

You may be asked to provide any or all of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, UMID, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card, voter's ID, or PhilSys national ID).
• A selfie or live photo for identity confirmation.
• Proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence) showing your name and current address.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash profile showing your registered name and mobile number).

Documents must be clear, unaltered, and valid at the time of submission. Airon Play may request additional documents if initial submissions are unclear or insufficient. Account verification is typically completed within 1–3 business days of submitting complete documentation.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

Airon Play reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances, with or without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Confirmed multi-accounting.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the user without prior communication with Airon Play support.
• Use of the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is legally prohibited.
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure).

In cases of voluntary closure, your available balance (excluding any unmet bonus wagering) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days. In cases of closure due to breach of Terms, balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is confirmed.

12 Limitation of Liability

Airon Play provides its platform on a best-efforts basis. While every reasonable step is taken to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. In particular:

• Airon Play is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including third-party payment gateway outages.
• Airon Play is not responsible for losses you incur as a result of your own betting decisions. All bets are placed at your own risk.
• Airon Play is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.
• In all cases, Airon Play's maximum liability to any user for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the bet or transaction directly at issue.

Nothing in this section limits Airon Play's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded under Philippine law.

13 Privacy and Data

The collection, use, and protection of your personal information by Airon Play is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account on Airon Play, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, Airon Play collects personal data for the purpose of providing and operating the platform, conducting required KYC verification, complying with legal obligations, and communicating with you about your account and relevant promotions. 14 Responsible Gaming

Airon Play is committed to promoting responsible gaming. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You agree to use the platform within your financial means and to make use of available responsible gaming tools when needed.

Airon Play provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session time alerts: Configure reminders that notify you of how long you have been actively using the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request.
• Reality checks: Periodic prompts during active sessions to review your activity and current balance.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Airon Play reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors) may be made without advance notice.

Continued use of the Airon Play platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

16 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Airon Play's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
